Returns & Exchanges

At Www, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
